The Urban Design and Planning Studio serves public agencies, downtown improvement committees and private property owners nationwide. Collaboration with regional planning and design professionals is a specialty.

In each project we actively engage stakeholders, residents and property owners in creative ways of team-building and problem solving. Company personnel are often featured speakers at conferences and conventions.
The Special Needs Studio within Winter & Company provides services related to the programming and design of facilities for deaf/blind and mobility impaired users.
